TERMS & CONDITIONS / RETURN POLICY / POLICY


All returns are subject to management approval unless:

The product is damaged and the customer refuses the shipment noting such.
The product is a stocked item purchased at full retail price, and the customer agrees pays return shipping, a 30% restocking fee and return within 15 days of receiving the item.
The product is custom fabricated - in which case it is never returnable.

CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERS
Custom and Special Orders require a deposit or pre­payment. This applies to all Account Customers and Retail Customers. All custom orders CANNOT be exchanged and are NON­REFUNDABLE.

SALE ITEMS
All sale items are final sale and CANNOT be exchanged and are NON­REFUNDABLE. Please note that any additional discounts or coupons CANNOT and WILL NOT be applied to sale items.

PAYMENT
If a customer does not have an established account, the following types of payment methods are accepted: Cash, Certified Cheque, Debit Card, Visa or Mastercard. American Express is accepted for online orders ONLY.

DELIVERY
Delivery charges will be added according to the quantity of material and delivery location. Only Décor Group Inc., management can waive delivery charges. If ship dates are guaranteed, Décor Group Inc. is not responsible for the delay in shipments due to causes beyond our control. Orders to be drop shipped have to have a minimum order value of $2000.00 before taxes or additional fuel charges will be applied, depending on location.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS
Only returns pre­authorized by Décor Group Inc. Management will be accepted. Please note that any return is subject to a 30% re­stocking fee. Décor Group Inc. will only accept items that have NOT been cut, used, or damaged. Any approved returns must be returned to our locations within 7 business days. The customer is responsible for the return freight including duties. Should Décor Group Inc., be billed for these charges on your behalf; they will be deducted from your refund. If the refund has already been given, these charges will be billed to you with the appropriate documentation. Please complete the attached Return Material Authorization Form (RMA) for any returns. Any claims for damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be considered for a credit or exchange. Please email all damage claims to info@decorgroupinc.com.

INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
In the case where you were shipped an incorrect or defective item, Décor Group Inc. has the right to put through an investigation. With this investigation, Décor Group Inc. requires that you send digital images showing the incorrect or defective items. An investigation will take approximately 7­ business days to resolve. Once the investigation is completed, your correct item will be re­shipped out to you free of charge using standard ground shipping. We will not pay for Air Freight or Expedite Services. All damage claims or incorrect items shipped must be reported or made within 7 days of receiving your shipment as this allows us to meet the courier’s target date for reimbursement. LENGTHS
All of our wood mouldings come in different lengths. Orders can contain varied lengths from 3’ to 16’ and will include up to 15% shorts (3’ to 6’). For specific lengths required, an additional cost of 10% will be applied to your order accordingly.

SHIPPING
Should any order be returned to Décor Group Inc., without our knowledge or if the customer refuses delivery, then Décor Group Inc. will charge a 30% shipping and re­stocking fee. If the item is returned and refused by you during delivery, and should Décor Group Inc. be billed for these charges, then Décor Group Inc. will bill you for these charges with the appropriate documentation.

WOOD SPECIES
Décor Group Inc. carries a wide variety of products. Not all mouldings are stocked in all wood species. If you require a specific species of wood, please contact a Sales Representative regarding pricing and availability. Please note that all wood products have variations in color and grain. This is part of the beauty when working with natural wood.

CASH AND CARRY FINAL SALE
All cash and carry items are final sale and are NON­REFUNDABLE and CANNOT be exchanged.
SET­UP CHARGE
When ordering a special run or custom moulding, allow for extra footage to accommodate waste. Be sure to measure correctly. Shortages in material will cause delays and additional set­up charges. A minimum footage is required and Décor Group Inc. management will determine a set­up charge.
MINIMUM QUANTITIES
Our minimum order quantity for any profile run is based on the profile size. Extra set­up charges will be applied and the Management at Décor Group Inc. will determine this charge.

IMAGES
All images and profiles shown on our website and catalogue may not be exactly as illustrated. We recommend that you come to our showroom to take a look at our products on display.
